Validity of training
Initial training is valid:
for 12 months from the moment of employment for office administration, manual labor and engineering and technology positions,
for six months from the moment of employment for managerial positions.
By the time of expiration of these periods, the employer is obliged to organize periodic OSH training.
The period of validity of periodic OSH training:
for employers and other persons managing employees (5-year validity)
for office administration employees (6-year validity)
for manual workers (3-year validity or, if there are particular threats to the employee’s health or life at the position, the training should be repeated every year in the form of instructions)
for engineering and technology employees (5-year validity)
