Self-education
Guided self-education (e-learning) is a form of training allowing for gaining, updating and completing of knowledge and skills in the field of occupational safety and health, on the basis of the materials provided by the organizer of the training, while providing consultations with the persons meeting the requirements for teachers.
OSH training in the form of guided self-education is available in particular for employers and other persons managing employees as well as the employees themselves. Self-education without the help of a trainer. Mental activity involving acquisition of knowledge and skills.
Participants of the training organized in the form of guided self-education should be given materials allowing them to become familiar with the issues covered by the training program (e.g. scripts, legal regulations, sets of control questions).
An examination ending the periodic training is conducted before the examination board appointed by the organizer of a training in agreement with the employer (the examination cannot be conducted at a distance, e.g. via the Internet, but only directly, in the presence of the examination board).
